"How do I change my auction/delete an auction?"
To change an auction, go to the listing of the auction that you want to modify. Scroll down to the "Place a Bid" portion of the page.
Once there, click "Modify Auction". Now, enter your username (also called your "Alias") and password, then click the "Submit" button.
You may now change the auction's title, add to the description, change the URL of the preview image, or (if there are no bids on the auction yet) delete the auction.
To delete an auction, follow the procedure for modifying an auction. Now, scroll down the page until you come across a button that says "Delete". Click that button to remove your auction.
Important: If you delete your auction, WE CANNOT BRING IT BACK FOR YOU. It is gone, permanently. So, think twice before clicking Delete, as there is no confirmation that you are sure.
FurBid makes use of the ImageMagick image manipulating program to create thumbnails of auction images stored on FurBid's server. That means that, in order to get those nice little thumbnails, you must use our uploader script.
Go to the Post New Items page and click the link that says "Is the image not already online? You can use the upload facility"
Upload your image from your computer. Be sure to choose the proper value for "File type".

The upload script will give you a URL to paste into your auction, of the form http://www.furbid.ws/auctionpics/########.NNN. Copy it to the clipboard or a text file. You'll need it to paste into the Image URL field on the Post New Item page.

Paste the URL given to your by the upload facility into the Image URL portion of the Post New Item page. The thumbnailer will grab the image and create a thumbnail in about an hour.
How do I remove a bidder from my auction?
To remove a bidder's bid from an auction, follow the procedure to edit/delete an auction. Scroll down to the bottom of hte page. There will be a "Cancel Bids" section.
Click on the bidder who you want to remove, and click 'Cancel'. All the bidder's bids will be removed. Note: You might also want to ban the bidder if they're being a problem.
