I usually do Portraits of this size (as in Charcoal/Pastel B&W) starting at $95.
But, I'm starting this illustration at $35.00 which is really a bargan.
It is 11x17, but I will be matting this, so it will be a standard size of 16x20. You can find a frame for it in any store! (USA/Canada).
I DO SHIP OVERSEAS. So, all international bidders are welcome.
The winner of the bid, will still be required to pay Shipping, whcih I will ship for $8, whcih is extra, and must be paid with the final, winning bid price. 
I prefer not to use Pay pal, however, if you wish to use Pay Pal, you must pay the transaction fee, which is also extra.
I accept check, money orders, or cash sent by registered mail. If you wish to use creddit cards, i can also accept it, privately, but I must be contacted privately and securely after the auction. The transaction will show on the creddit card bill as "Art Studio 8".
