Snarling fury in Ice Age snow, a sabretooth cat coils for the pounce! What markings did sabretooths really have, no one knows. But this one is gorgeous in tawny and beige with dark grey stripes. There were manmy species of sabre and dirk tooth cats, some had long lithe bodies. Some were quite beautiful, I am sure. Marker, pencil and paint on b/w copy, this hand-colored print just GLOWS with multi-hued richness. Don't let this cat pass into extinction!
